Founded in 2022, Greater Community Development Corporation was birthed to align with the mission and values of Greater Grant AME Church. The church has served the Jacksonville area for over 132 years and now the church is looking to do what was done for it, build it. Greater CDC is looking to enhance and empower communities and people through development, projects, partnerships, and programs. Greater CDC believes in building communities and develop greater opportunities to successfully improve housing, economic conditions, planning, sustainability, health, and the general well-being of the communities serves. Our team works closely with both community leaders, investors and landowners in order to come up with results that exceed expectations.
